Features
- Automatic feeding alignment of three layer fabric (top fabric, filter fabric and bottom fabric) with symmetrical ultrasonic welding of sides. Continuous cutting into mask pieces by welding roller then passed on to two ear-loop welding stations. Comes with automatic mask stack counting function and side cladding.
- Production line is 1-to-2 design. After the blank mask making machine, the masks will be automatically distributed to the two ear-loop welding and side cladding stations through the transmission system.
- Automatic ultrasonic ear loop welding and automatic cutting.
- Automatic edge cladding.
- Automatic nose clip cutting and feeding.
