- Integrated design from feeding raw material to cup forming, filter layers pre-forming, cup border welding,& cutting, automatic transmission, automatic pad printing and automatic outer nose clip sticking, automatic headband stapling (or welding), automatic ultrasonic breathing valve (optional), manipulator grab and automatic conveyor.
- The filter layer pre-forming function adopts separate forming design to better ensure that the meltblown nonwoven fabric and the protective layer fabric are evenly distributed, and the filter performance of the meltblown nonwoven fabric and the fabric is completely retained.
- Automatic pad printing device with high efficiency and clear printed patterns.
- Embossing roller can be customized according to customer requirement.
- Automatic double side headband welding device, with adjustable length.
- Finished masks and scrap are separated automatically.
