- Automatically manufactures 4-layer fish mask. Production line is 1-to-2 design, including one set of mask-making station which connects to one set double earloop welding station, one set shunt transmission device, one set material loading stand and one set electronic control system. The machine is easy to operate with stable and reliable performance.
- Automatic built-in nose clip device, cutting to intended length with accurate positioning.
- Double earloop welding station with high efficiency ultrasonic welding structure. Completes the welding of left and right ear-loops at the same time. Stable and reliable with strong welding spots.
- Max speed: 50 pcs/min.
