Ball screw and linear guide rail with long lifespan, greatly improving overall machine durability.
- Automatic trimming of both upper & bottom thread.
- Sewing head and rotary hook rotating at 360°. Sewing head and stitching always running in same direction, achieving high quality stitches.
- Able to design sewing patterns freely.
- Scalable system (optional): can be connected with third-party CNC machinery.
- DLC diamond coated needle bar and main shaft which is high wear resistant. Can work properly under high speed under the condition of little or no lubricating oil.
- 5-axis servo system and high precision screw drive, assuring high precision sewing performance as expected.
- SMC atomizing oil system, eneabling automatic lubrication.
