- Digital LCD touch screen, freely set spreading length, number of layers, speed & spreading method.
- Equipped with remote control, able to control spreading start/stop, feeding and collecting fabric within 30 meter range.
- Intelligent adjustable cutting device, easy to load and unload the blade with built-in sharpening function to improve cutting effect.
- Highly sensitive senor to detect human being or obstacles within 0.5 meters, to safe guard the operator and machine. Ensures fabric edges are aligned uniformly.
- Auto origin spreading position detection after machine starts up, and auto returning to origin and turning off the edge alignment when no materials are being fed in.
- Layer and spreading set data can be stored in the machine to prevent machine stoppage and loss of protocol in the case of any electricity failure.
- When emergency stop is pressed, the fabric released with no dragging & no deformation of material.
- When the fabric is stacked & folded with increasing height, the cutting set automatically lifts up.
- Auto edges alignment feature, ensuring fabric edges aligned properly. Also saves fabric usage.
- Layer counting function during spreading process.

- Breaking point detection function: fabric inspection to detect defect position through length setting during spreading. Can automatically stops when defect is detected.
- Zigzag fabric pressing device (optional): specially designed to avoid deformation occurred by long-term using, enhancing the fabric pressing effect. Zigzag fabric presser can be turned 90° for easy cutting operation.
- Auto fabric feeder (optional): instead of manually putting heavy fabric rolls in. the machine, the fabric feeder device uses an inverter motor drive, enhancing fabric loading stability and reliability.
